- Cancellations requested within 24 hours of the initial agreement may be eligible for a full or partial refund, provided work has not yet commenced.
- If work has already begun, a cancellation fee may be applied based on the amount of work completed.
b. By the Company:
- We reserve the right to cancel any service at our discretion, including in cases of misuse, violation of terms, or failure to comply with payment schedules.
- In such cases, any eligible unused portion of the payment may be refunded at our discretion.
2. Refund Policy
a. Custom Software Development / Digital Projects:
- Due to the nature of custom software and service-based projects, refunds are not guaranteed once development work has started or resources have been allocated.
- Any refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and may include deductions for work completed, resource time, and administrative costs.
b. Subscription-Based Services:
- For monthly or annual subscription plans, you may cancel at any time. However, no refunds will be issued for the current billing cycle.
